EXTREME SPORTS

There are more and more companies promoting extreme sports on the Polish market. Many of them link the opportunity to experience something unusual with group integration or trainings aimed at building effective team. A range of attractions waiting for us is great. All you have to do is to take your pick and specialist companies, employing well-trained instructors, will organise this exciting adventure.

It is a team game in which participants use compressed-gas powered guns ( called markers) to shoot paintballs ( marble-sized gelatin capsules containing a non-toxic, vegetable-based dye) at other players. Among the most common of the many variations of the sport is a version of capture the flag, in which two teams of players attempt to seize each others' banner without being eliminated (struck by a paintball). Another common variation is total elimination, in which one team wins when all members of the opposing team are eliminated by being struck by a paintball.

Paintball induces in participants intense emotions, make them feel an ‘adrenaline rush’ and triggers the will to fight and win. Companies offering paintball have their own playing fields with different landform features and pre-made buildings such as bunkers, forts or the ruins of a castle.

Sliding on a rope

An unusual experience for everybody would probably be to slide down a rope from the top of a cliff or over tree tops or a water body, crossing a sunspension bridge over a ravine, precipice or rapid river as well as climbing a line. You will be protected by qualified and experienced climbers. Get rid of your fear and you will be thrilled to bits.

It is just the beginning of a long list of attractions that are prepared for you. Among the others are: bungee jumping, rock climbing, offroading, quad bikes (ATVs) and lots more for every season.
